Purpose
The Health Equity division within the ORPCS, Department of Health Equity and Research is committed to increasing the involvement of inpatient practitioners in research-related activities to decrease health inequities for minoritized patients and their communities. The HE Research team works across the organization to foster rigorous health equity research.
Vision
Stanford Health Care’s Equity Research Division is a nationwide model for making an impact on the social determinants of health in our patient communities. The Culture & Equity Program Mission is to implement culturally relevant, community-centered solutions upstream of conditions often addressed in clinical trials and care delivery – including clinical and non-clinical front-line staff
