American Cancer Society-Hotel Partners Program: Provides free or reduced cost hotel lodging (when available) for cancer patients, who are traveling to receive medical care related to a cancer diagnosis

• 5 business days advance notice is required, not including the date lodging is needed.
• A caregiver can travel with the cancer patient as needed.
• The program is intended to provide lodging on Sunday through Thursday nights only; some exceptions may be made based on medical necessity. 

Joe's House: Online lodging resource for cancer patients and their families. The site lists lodging facilities near cancer treatment centers and hospitals that cater to patients.  The website offers discounted lodging options for patients; it does not provide financial assistance. 

JW House: Day Use free to all. 4 rooms available, overnight ($60), must be referred by a social worker. Nightly meals provided by volunteers. Overnight guest priority: Geographic distance from the hospital, Financial need, Gravity of the injury or illness, Families of pediatric patients receive priority.

Stanford Guest House welcomes individuals, groups and families who are visiting Stanford University Medical Center. Their staff is a part of the Stanford family, and they are dedicated to making every visitor's stay as relaxing and convenient as possible. (2.1 miles)

Residence Inn Palo Alto/Menlo Park has everything you need to make you feel at home.
